Anca Socol is the Distribution Manager at Honeywell S&PS. In her role, she leads the strategic direction of EE&M Distributors, helping to optimize and scale their business for future with Honeywell Software & Hardware solutions.
Prior to this role, as a product manager, she has successfully developed HON’s Scan & Print product portfolios, bringing 5 new products to market.
During her tenure in marketing she has been leading several process improvements projects, coordinating and managing to boost cooperation and collaboration from cross-functional teams.

Since the beginning of her career at ScanSource in 2005 Viktoria has always been focusing on developing business in emerging markets. Having hold different positions in sales previously, in her current role Viktoria leads sales and business development teams covering Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. In her private life Viktoria is a proud mom of 1.5 year old twins who are testing her negotiation skills on a daily basis.
