How do I register online?
Click on Registration Tab, complete all required information along with credit card payment.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be on-line or in writing to ADSC.  Prior to Monday, January 9, 2012, ADSC Show Management will allow a refund of 100% less a $75.00 USD processing fee. Cancellations received January 10 through February 3, 2012 will receive a 50% refund less a $100 USD processing fee. No refunds after February 3, 2012, 5:00pm CST. Please email all cancellation requests to Terry Canchola at Expo@adsc-iafd.com. You may substitute attendees with prior permission from ADSC EXPO Show Management.

If I am unable to attend the ADSC Expo 2012 is there a fee for cancelling my registration?
There are two different ways to handle this situation.

SUBSTITUTION - If there is someone else within your organization who could attend the ADSC Expo 2012 in your place, his/her name can be substituted for yours up until February 20, 2012 with no penalty. Simply send the new attendee's name, address, phone, fax and email address to Terry Canchola via email at Expo@adsc-iafd.com, with a note as to whom he/she is replacing and at which ADSC Expo 2012. Substitutions can even be accommodated on site at the actual ADSC Expo 2012.

CANCELLATION - Cancellations may be made on-line or submitted in writing to ADSC. NO TELEPHONE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED. Whether or not you receive a refund of either the entire fee or a portion of the fee depends on when you cancel. (please refer to the cancellation policy above)

Can I cancel my registration by phone?
No, all cancellations must be submitted online or received in writing and must be post marked if mailed, or dated if faxed or e-mailed no later than the cancellation date.

If I decide at the last minute to attend the ADSC Expo 2012, should I send my registration form to the office or should I register on site?
Register online or send your registration form to the ADSC office with payment.  If you have less than 10 days until the ADSC Expo 2012, please bring your registration form and payment to the ADSC Expo 2012 and register on-site.

What does each registration fee cover?
See Registration Fees under the Registration Tab for all inclusions.

I have reviewed the information on the website and still can’t find the answer to my question – who do I contact for answers?

How can I get a copy of the agenda?

Who can attend the Annual ADSC Expo 2012?
The ADSC Expo 2012 is open to anyone who is interested in the deep foundation drilling industry.

When will I be able to register for the ADSC Expo 2012?
Registration is open online through March 17, 2012. Please see registration fees for early bird rates and standard rates. A downloadable registration form is available online on registration tab of website.  Only online registration is available after March 5, 2012.

How can I register for the ADSC Expo 2012?
You can register online with a credit card using the interactive site at www.adsc-iafd.com.  The cards we accept are American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Payment is due at the time of registration. You can also mail your completed registration form (a copy of the form is available for download under the registration tab) and payment via check to  ADSC, EXPO 2012, 8445 Freeport Parkway, Suite 325, Irving, TX 75061. Payments must accompany the completed hard copy registration form. We will not process registrations via e-mail or phone. Please note that purchase orders are not accepted.

Will I receive a badge in the mail before the ADSC Expo 2012?
No, all badges are distributed at the ADSC Expo 2012 at the registration area.

Will I receive a receipt for payment?
You will receive a confirmation of registration via email after your registration is completed. This also serves as your paid receipt for your expense reporting purposes.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
If you register on-line, you will receive an automatic email confirmation upon completion of payment.

Please allow two weeks for processing of your registration if submitted via fax. Please include your email address so that a confirmation can be sent to you via email. You do not need to bring the confirmation with you to the ADSC Expo 2012 in order to pick up your badge, but you will need photo ID.

When will I receive ADSC Expo 2012 registration confirmation?
Confirmations will be sent automatically via e-mail after your ADSC Expo 2012 registration has been completed online. Confirmations for paper registration can take up to two weeks to be processed once received by the ADSC Show Management. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the paper registration has been processed.

How do I select the concurrent education sessions I wish to attend?
Concurrent sessions do not require separate registration. After you register for the ADSC Expo 2012, you may choose to attend any of the concurrent sessions.

Can I attend just the exhibits without registering for the ADSC Expo 2012?
 ADSC Expo 2012 registration is required to attend any of the ADSC EXPO 2012 events. The EXPO Only option is available Wednesday – Saturday.

How do I make hotel reservations for the ADSC Expo 2012?
You will need to make hotel reservations directly with the JW Marriott Hill Country San Antonio. You access the interactive link or find additional hotel information under the Hotel Information tab on the website.

Will transportation be provided from the airport to hotel?
No transportation is provided from airport to hotel. Attendees are responsible for getting to/from airport.  The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa does not offer shuttle service. Find more information under the Transportation tab on the website.

Will I have to pay for parking at the hotel?
Self parking is complimentary at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. If you choose to valet park, you will incur a fee. Please see hotel website for more information. 

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be charged immediately for registration fees. 

I can’t access the hotel registration link on your Web site.
If you are having difficulty making hotel reservations, please call the hotel directly at 800.228.9290. Ask for the ADSC Expo

How do I make my airline reservations?
Airfare is not included in registration fees. You must make your own airline reservations.

Who attends ADSC EXPO 2012?
Contractors and engineers from around the globe gather with equipment supplier manufacturers in the foundation drilling industry to look for new and innovative technology, creative solutions and dynamic contractors to assist them in reaching their goals. View all exhibitors under the Exhibitors Tab/Exhibitor List.

Who should exhibit?
If you offer any products and services for the foundation drilling industry, RESERVE YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE TODAY! Join the growing list of respected exhibitors. Exhibitor Prospectus is located under the Exhibitor Tab.

What are the move-in and out days and times?
Each confirmed exhibitor will receive an email with specific move in and move out information for them.

When will the Exhibitor Services Manual be available?
The online manual is available on the ADSC EXPO 2012 website.

How can I obtain information about being an exhibitor at your ADSC Expo 2012?

Recommended attire
Attire for the week is business casual. Attendees are urged to bring a jacket or sweater because ADSC Expo 2012 rooms can be cool. Final Night Gala is cocktail attire.

Special needs?
If you have special needs dietary restrictions (vegetarian, Kosher, etc.), please specify them on the online registration form. If your special needs are not listed (mobility, auditory, etc.), please email  Jan Hall at jhall@adsc-iafd.com with complete description of your needs.

Can my spouse and/or children attend the ADSC EXPO 2012?
Spouses, guests and children are welcome to attend the ADSC Expo 2012 with you. Spouse/guests and children can register for a reduced fee. A Spouse/guest or child registration entitles them entry to all ADSC 1012 Expo events. If spouses, guest or children are not attending any ADSC Expo 2012 events (except social events), then the spouses, guest or children will need to purchase social event tickets only. Please note a name badge and social event ticket are required for entry into all social events.

Co-workers or an associate may NOT register as a Guest, they must register as an attendee.
