At the completion of this activity, the learner will be able to:

• Identify, avoid, control, and prevent job site hazards
• Describe the OSHA Focus Four hazards and how to prevent them
• Recognize the importance of lock-out tag-out procedures, and the responsibilities of authorized, affected, and other employees during lock-out tag-out
• Assess a simulated worksite for job site hazards
