| Alex Francois Employment Program Director One Treasure Island Alex Francois is the Employment Program Manager at One Treasure Island, and an experienced Project Manager with a history of work that spans from on site management and OSHA training to working with local agencies in developing robust local hire programs. Alex has earned multiple authorizations for OSHA training which speaks to his focus on safety assurance, on and off work sites. Furthermore, Alex has worked as Program Coordinator and Consultant for workforce development programs for over 20 years, and has helped to build local hiring standards through different programs including Welfare to Work, Brining Underemployed Individual to Local Developers (B.U.I.L.D), and San Francisco First Source Hiring ordinance. Alex received his B.S. in Construction Management / Engineering at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. | |
| Addie Hosier Owner Simply Trained Addie Hosier is a Safety Trainer and Consultant with more than 30 years of experience as an educator. She is the owner of Simply Trained, which provides safety training and consultation to the construction industry and for OSHA. Addie is also an Outreach Training Program Liaison for the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Authorized OSHA Training Institute Education Center. | |
