CAGC Divisions Conference and Summit 2014
 
Set-up Day/Time:  
Thursday, July 31, between the hours of 6pm to 8:00pm.

Exhibitors should be completely set up prior to the first morning General Session on Friday, August 1, which begins at 7am.

Exhibit Hours:
AM Educational Session - Friday, August 1 - 8:00am - 8:30am and 10:30am - 11:00am
PM EXPO Reception - Friday, August 1 - 5:00pm - 7:00pm
 
Tear down Day/Time: 
IMPORTANT:  Exhibitors will be placed directly outside meeting rooms near beverage breaks during the morning educational sessions. At the conclusion of the 11:00am break, all Exhibitors must pack up their materials and any back boards/stands/signage, so the hotel can reset the tables in the EXPO Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors can reset their vendor tables for the evening EXPO between the hours of 2pm and 4pm. CAGC nor the hotel will not pack up your vendor table and is not responsible for any items that may be discarded, broken, or missing. You are required to properly pack and store your items. All vendors must be set up for the evening EXPO by 4pm for the 5pm start time.

Following the evening EXPO
- Tear down begins immediately following the EXPO/Reception, Friday, August 1, at 7:00pm. Items must be removed within the hour. Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements with the hotel to discard, store, or ship any materials. CAGC will not hold any packages or vendor items. The hotel will need to reset this room for a morning meeting; do not leave out and return later for items.  The hotel reserves the right to discard any items that are not clearly marked for shipping or storage.
 
Each Exhibitor must establish their own billing arrangements with the hotel for any services related to your booth (i.e., shipping, power, internet, etc.).  Exhibitor Electrical, Power, or Internet Order Form

Deliver and Shipping Materials
Exhibitors are responsible for any delivery, storage, and/or shipping cost. Exhibitors should clearly mark packages, ship them to yourself or company representative, and keep a copy of your air bill for tracking purposes. CAGC will not hold, store, or ship any materials for Exhibitors.  

Professional Conduct
The dress code for most educational sessions and evening functions is Resort Casual. Exhibitors should be dressed appropriately and provide professional, courtesy service to all CAGC members. No offensive give-away items, language or behavior will be tolerated. CAGC reserves the right to remove any vendor table for breach of conduct. No refunds.
