Crowdfeedback: A multi-faceted framework for designing crowd-based feedback systems

Eureka Foong is a first-year PhD student in the Technology and Social Behavior program at Northwestern University. She is interested in the way people learn to visualize information and the role of design thinking and feedback in helping “non-designers” create effective infographics. Inspired by her time in product development, she also hopes to improve the processes of ideation and prototype testing in design teams. Eureka received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and media studies from Linfield College in Oregon and previously worked as a UX Researcher at Piktochart.
