I'm a software engineer at Intuit, Inc. and work on front end technologies to develop awesome small business applications for our customers. I was in high school, where I took my first coding class (C++) , when I decided to pursue a career in the field of software development. To achieve that, I did my bachelor's in computer science back in India and moved to United States to get my master's degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, NY. At my workplace, I see gender scale dipped on one side in conference rooms and cubes. I'm sure most women see the same thing in the field of technology on daily basis. As GHC is a platform for inspiring college girls and women in tech, I wish to present my work and story there to inspire them further and get a chance to be inspired by others.
