IUPUI

I am Hanlin, a graduate student majoring in Human Computer Interaction at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. I am currently employed by Indiana University as a research assistant. My research interests are assistive technology and accessibility. I have been working on research projects using technology to improve accessibility in physical space. Prior to joining Indiana University, I worked for a software-as-a-service company as a user experience designer. My focuses were user interface design on a variety of devices including Android and iOS, and user research. I worked collaboratively with various roles including business analysts, developers, testing team and support team. I am also very familiar with Agile and well aware of the challenges and opportunities of UX in agile development, such as how to respond to user feedback quickly and how to conduct user research during scrum.
