Avleen Kaur Malhi is currently pursuing her Ph.D in the area of security of VANETs in the Department of Computer science and Enginnering at Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab, India. She got the CGPA of 9.27 in course work of Ph.D. and her thesis title is "A Framework for Secure Vehicular Communication Systems". She has got publications in reputed SCIE indexed journals as well as in national and international conferences. She received her M.E. (CSE) from Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab, India in 2012 with 8.34 CGPA and had done her thesis in vehicular ad hoc networks only. She received B.Tech (IT) from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College in 2010 with 81.8%. Her research interest include Ad-Hoc Networks, Vehicular Networks and Security of VANETs.
