Emory University


She was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1994. She is working towards a Bacharel of Sciences degree in Federal University Fluminense (UFF), in Brazil. Currently part of a study abroad program at Emory University. In 2012, she was part of the Young Talents research that developed presenting and practical material, teaching Computer Science (CS) skills to Community Centers and High Schools. As an experience out of college, she worked as an English teacher in Brazil. She has many interests within CS. In 2014, she was an undergraduate researcher working alongside Professor Vanessa Braganholo, working in the area of database modeling. In 2015, at Emory University, she worked on projects involving an Agile Software Engineering method. Currently, she is part of a team that is working to develop a platform game. The latest project that she is working on lies on the Systems and Computer Network areas and involves the study of Socially Driven Computer Networks.
