I am a fifth year graduate student in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana. My primary research focuses on studying the impact of technology on the quality of seniors, using a user-centered participatory design approach. I also work on building data driven models for disease prediction, that can aid in clinical decision making. I worked as a health informatics fellow at Trinity Health for 1 year where I developed data-driven models for order optimization aimed at improving critical care. I am originally from Kolkata, India. I did my undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Prior to graduate studies, I worked in IBM India Pvt Ltd for about 3.5 years developing software solution for pharmaceutical clients.
