Received the B.S degree in Electrical Engineering-Electronics and M.S degree in Electrical Engineering-Control Systems from K.N.Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2004 and 2007 respectively. From 2007 to 2011 she worked as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer in the oil and gas industry in Iran. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Division of Systems Engineering at Boston University. Her research experiences are in the area of control of network systems and modeling and control of energy-aware systems with the applications in Wireless Sensor Networks, transportation networks and energy-limited vehicles. She has a solid background in Modeling and Control of Dynamic Systems, Optimization Algorithms, Optimal Control, and Discrete Event Systems. She is a recipient of several awards including IEEE ICNSC 2014 Best Student Paper Finalist Award, NSF Data Science Workshop Travel Award 2015, and Honorable Mention of CISE at BU Graduate Research Symposium, 2015.
