I have a progressive 4 years of experience comprising of work in technical documentation, product guides, end user documents, research paper publication, social media management and detailed project reports for organizations like UNICEF. I am well-versed with the state of the art tools and methodologies for information development and domain knowledge on web and mobile applications, and recent interest being enterprise resource planning.
