Surrounding the museum there is metered street parking, $4 for two hours. Public transportation is available on bus routes 14 and 800. Both have stops across the street from the museum. The 12th St/Oakland BART station is 0.3 miles from the museum.

Program Details

Please join us for a presentation and community discussion highlighting self-care tools for the cancer patient and caregiver. We will discuss actionable items to assure you and your loved ones are receiving the care they deserve before, during and after treatment. Our wisdom panel includes a nurse practitioner, a patient navigator, and a community engagement director. Local community-based organizations will be present to share their support resources for the African American/Black cancer community.

A complimentary boxed meal will be provided.
