Multiple myeloma is the most common form of blood cancer in the Black community, with Black Americans carrying twice the risk of any other race or ethnicity to develop the disease.
Join The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to learn more about myeloma and what to do if you suspect you or your loved one may have it. Participants will learn about current treatment options and the supportive resources available to those coping with a myeloma diagnosis.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY MARCH 20TH
Parking directions: Drive to Broadway Parking Garage at 4562 Manhattan College. If a guard is present, mention you are there for the LLS Education Program. Parking is free. Upon leaving parking garage, make a left and walk up the street, on Manhattan College Parkway. At the end of the block (dead end with light), you will see the Kelly Commons building on the left side. Someone will buzz you into the building.
Public Transportation directions: The program location is easily accessible from the 242nd stop of the 1 train. Exit station at southern entrance and make a left onto Manhattan College Parkway. Walk approximately 7-10 minutes on Manhattan College Parkway to the end of the block (it is a dead end with a light). You will see the Kelly Commons building on the left side. Someone will buzz you into the building.
