Parking/Arrival Instructions
Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) is in Ross Tower, conveniently located in downtown Dallas at San Jacinto and North Akard.

Ross Tower has partnered with Metropolis for garage parking. There are three parking garages available to access Ross Tower (click here for parking map). You must set up a digital profile through Metropolis to park; you will only need to do this once. Upon arrival to or before departure from the garage, scan the QR code posted in the garage with your camera. Link your phone number, email, license plate, and payment method. Your parking fee is applied directly to your profile using your license plate, and you simply drive in and out of the garage. The gate will open for you automatically – no more tickets!

The parker will be responsible for 100% of the parking fee. The rates are below plus $0.99 + tax (regardless of time parked): 

0-1 hours $5  
1-2 hours $10 
2-4 hours $15 
4-10 hours $20 
10-24 hours $25   

Please note that parking is only allowed in spaces that are not marked “Reserved.” Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at their own expense. If you do not wish to park in a garage, Ross Tower is easily accessible by DART. The Akard Street Station is a few blocks south of the building. To find your DART schedule, please visit DART. 

After parking, please enter the lobby, and go to the 26th floor. When you enter the DRC offices, you will be greeted by a team member, given a nametag, and directed to the Toyota Board Room.
