About the Event: WA - Digital Transformation: How to Start Smart and Win!

In the first part of this special session, World Vision’s former global digital director, Stephen Ellis, will share his experience leading digital transformation. You’ll hear personal examples of failure, success and lessons learned along the way that can be applied by WA-based charities.
 
In the second part of the session, Stephen will discuss the five things that every organisation dominating digital fundraising does well. You can expect to go deep into digital marketing fundamentals and walk away with a practical framework that can be immediately applied in your organisation.

Stephen has been at the forefront of digital marketing for 20 years, having worked with high profile not-for-profits, government departments, and private enterprises. Having led digital and channel innovation at World Vision Australia, Stephen went on to become the global digital director at World Vision International, where he was responsible for driving digital transformation and increasing digital capability in major markets around the world. Stephen returned to Perth this year and is currently head of marketing at Clue, a digital experience agency that uses data and insight to help companies and causes transform and grow. He is also an experienced international speaker, trainer and coach.
