Kirrily Graham
Founder
Dovetail Social Enterprises
Kirrily’s background in Business Development, as well as Hospitality & Event Management, enabled her to take a leading volunteer role with the fundraising team at a grass roots charity in Melbourne 20 years ago. She has since driven many new initiatives resulting in growth in fundraising for the Australia/New Zealand office, as well as supporting eight partner offices located around the globe.

After juggling her growing volunteer role, which later turned into a part-time management role for Australia/New Zealand, and working in her own training and development business for six years, Kirrily took the leap into committing to working full-time in the social impact sector.

Kirrily’s combined experience in business, performance coaching, learning and development and running a grass roots charity has been instrumental in establishing her social enterprise and was where the seeds of the Dovetail Social Impact Program came about. This initiative has brought together the best of both worlds to create a platform that facilitates powerful partnerships between amazing grass roots organisations and small to medium sized businesses who want to make a greater difference in the world.
