About the Event: Champions for Change in the Not-for-Profit Sector

Are you a champion of change in the not-for-profit sector? What kind of sector do you want to create and be part of in this new decade? Is it a not-for-profit sector which is diverse and inclusive? What does diversity and inclusivity look like in today’s changing world?

Join us for this webinar with Lilian Kikuvi, Change Maker and International Consultant, who will discuss why this topic is so important. Lilian will share principles we can all apply to enable our not-for-profits and associated supplier business partners to access the benefits of diversity and inclusion, supported by research.

In this session, you will learn:

  • A new perspective on the impact of diversity and inclusion on business
  • Five unique and powerful strategies that businesses can easily adopt to create a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • A blue print on how to achieve diversity and inclusion that will boost business performance

We look forward to welcoming you to this transformational learning experience.
