About the Event: Gold Coast Christmas Networking and Fundraising Stars
Celebrate the year that was with fellow fundraisers, not-for-profit teams and industry leaders at this fun-filled and informative drinks event on the pool deck at The Island, Gold Coast.
This year's event will include special guest speakers Katherine Raskob, CEO of Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) and Meredith Dwyer, FIA QLD State Chair and 2019 Arthur Venn Fundraiser of the year. Katherine and Meredith will share global and local fundraising trends and stories that sum up why we do what we do.
The event will also feature the very exciting Gold Coast Fundraising Stars presentation - an industry sponsored event to recognise the great local fundraising professionals and campaigns across the city.
Leading industry agencies Apple Marketing, Puzzle Media, and Red Energy Promotions will recognise three winning fundraisers or campaigns that have delivered great initiatives and impact for their communities during 2019 – by being innovative, going above and beyond or having a significant positive impact on the community.

Who is eligible?
Individuals, teams or organisations who are either:
-Based on the Gold Coast
-Delivering fundraising initiatives on the Gold Coast, and/or
-Delivering a positive impact to the Gold Coast community, thanks to fundraising efforts
