About the Event: Doing more with your direct mail
 

This hands-on workshop facilitated by Paige Gibbs, Chief Marketing Officer of the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, will provide you with practical tips and hints on how to make your direct mail appeals work harder by linking them to donor journeys. It will cover off data dilemmas, segmentation, creative, channel integration and journey making. Paige challenges you to bring a pack that you’re not proud of and together you’ll pick it apart, stitch it back together and send it back down the catwalk – Project Runway style.

With a background in education, the arts, marketing, fundraising and communications, Paige joined the Harry Perkins Institute at the end of 2017 after spending nine years as Executive Manager of Marketing, Fundraising and Communications at RSPCA NSW. She is credited with growing a team of five to 28 and annual income from $7M to $30M. Prior to this role, she was Creative Director for a commercial events company – servicing clients including Sony, Microsoft, Hyundai, Panasonic and Siemens Medical. Paige was named one of Fundraising and Philanthropy Magazine’s seven Movers and Shakers for 2015. In 2016, Paige was named as one of the Top 50 Chief Marketing Officers in Australia in CMO Magazine’s annual awards. Paige returned to Perth to take up her current role. She is also a published playwright.
